Return Process

  Log into your KINGDOM account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
